Brandice is a Loan Officer and Income Tax Assistant at Preferred Mortgage and Tax Service. She is in charge of reviewing information for Home Loan purchases and Refinance Loans.  In this role, she enjoys helping first time home buyers get into their brand new home as well as helping existing homeowners purchase additional properties. In addition, Brandice also assists with the Preferred Tax Service, by assisting with data entry and customer service. Brandice is no stranger to helping people.  Having spent years in the technical support role, she enjoys solving problems and finding solutions to helping everyone. Brandice has worked for government agencies, banks and for some of the top insurance companies in the United States.

Brandie specializes in mortgage processing and lending and has successfully served in this capacity for several years.  Being very passionate about helping to place a smile on someone’s face, she has volunteered for hospitals, churches and community events.  Brandice was also a caregiver to her elderly grandmother. Her favorite scripture is Psalm 37:4 “Delight thyself also in the Lord: and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart.”
