Welcome to Preferred Mortgage & Tax Service! As President and Owner, I bring over 30 years to both Mortgage Lending and Income Tax Preparation Experience. Realizing ever borrower is different, we offer many different products and programs to ensure successful homeownership. My passion is working with and providing loans not only to First Time Homeowners, but also, those seeking mortgages to obtain additional properties. I specialize in many products and programs including FHA, USDA and Conventional loans.  We also provide VA loans to our Veterans and Spouses who are and have served our Country.

 

As a licensed and experienced Income Preparer, I also specialize in individual and small business tax returns. I offer confidential and professional services that are accurate all while providing you the maximum refund allowed.  

 

Born and raised in Fairfield County, I graduated from Winnsboro High School and obtained my B.S. degree in Business/Finance from Winthrop College. I am very involved in my community and my church, Weeping May Baptist, Blair, SC. I am also a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., Silver Hill Chapter #244 Order of the Eastern Star, Winnsboro Rotary Club and Fairfield Chamber of Commerce. Professionally, I am a member of The National Association of Mortgage Brokers (NAMB), The National Association of Tax Professionals (NATP), National Society of Tax Professionals (NSTP).

 

During my free time I enjoy reading, traveling and spending time with my husband, Gregory Butler, Sr. and our children: Gregory Jr., Rickey, Jasmine & Jourdan.
